וַיִּשְׁלָחֵ֣ם יְהוֹשֻׁ֗עַ וַיֵּֽלְכוּ֙ אֶל־הַמַּאְרָ֔ב וַיֵּשְׁב֗וּ בֵּ֧ין בֵּֽית־אֵ֛ל וּבֵ֥ין הָעַ֖י מִיָּ֣ם לָעָ֑י וַיָּ֧לֶן יְהוֹשֻׁ֛עַ בַּלַּ֥יְלָה הַה֖וּא בְּת֥וֹךְ הָעָֽם׃
E Yehoshua os enviou, e eles foram à emboscada, e se puseram entre Beit-El e Ai, a oeste de Ai; e Yehoshua passou aquela noite no meio do povo.
Genesis
From there he moved [ascended] to the mountain that was east of Beis-Eil and set up his tent. Beis-Eil was to the west and Ai was to the east. There he built an altar to [before] Adonoy, and he proclaimed the Name, [and he prayed in the Name,] Adonoy.
