Literatura do Segundo Templo sobre Deuteronômio 23:15

Porque Yehovah, teu Elohim, anda no meio do teu acampamento para te livrar e entregar os teus inimigos diante de ti, e o teu acampamento será santo, para que Ele não veja coisa indecente em ti e se volte de trás de ti. {ס}

Allegorical Interpretation of Genesis

[194] Now indeed thou art a slave of the harsh and insufferable masters within thee, to whom it is a fixed law to set no one free. But if thou escape and abandon these, a master to whom his slaves are dear shall welcome thee, holding out bright hopes of liberty and shall not give thee up again to thy former masters. For he has learned from Moses a lesson and rule inviolable, “that a man deliver not up to his master a servant who has been handed over to him by the Lord; for he shall dwell with him in whatever place it liketh him best” (Deut. 23:15 f.).
