וְשַׂמְתָּ֞ אֶת־שְׁתֵּ֣י הָאֲבָנִ֗ים עַ֚ל כִּתְפֹ֣ת הָֽאֵפֹ֔ד אַבְנֵ֥י זִכָּרֹ֖ן לִבְנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְנָשָׂא֩ אַהֲרֹ֨ן אֶת־שְׁמוֹתָ֜ם לִפְנֵ֧י יְהוָ֛ה עַל־שְׁתֵּ֥י כְתֵפָ֖יו לְזִכָּרֹֽן׃ (ס)
E colocarás as duas pedras sobre as omoplatas do Efod, como pedras de memória para os Filhos de Yisrael. E Aharon levará seus nomes perante Hashem sobre ambas as omoplatas, como memória. {ס}

The two ends of the two braided chains, you shall place [attach] to the two settings, and place them on the shoulder straps of the eiphod toward its face.
