וְ֠הָיָה כִּֽי־תִמְצֶ֨אןָ אֹת֜וֹ רָע֣וֹת רַבּוֹת֮ וְצָרוֹת֒ וְ֠עָנְתָה הַשִּׁירָ֨ה הַזֹּ֤את לְפָנָיו֙ לְעֵ֔ד כִּ֛י לֹ֥א תִשָּׁכַ֖ח מִפִּ֣י זַרְע֑וֹ כִּ֧י יָדַ֣עְתִּי אֶת־יִצְר֗וֹ אֲשֶׁ֨ר ה֤וּא עֹשֶׂה֙ הַיּ֔וֹם בְּטֶ֣רֶם אֲבִיאֶ֔נּוּ אֶל־הָאָ֖רֶץ אֲשֶׁ֥ר נִשְׁבָּֽעְתִּי׃

E acontecerá que, quando os alcançarem muitos males e angústias, então este cântico responderá como testemunha perante ele, pois não será esquecido da boca de sua descendência, pois conheço a inclinação dele, o que ele faz hoje antes de trazê-lo à terra que jurei.

Genesis

Adonoy smelled the pleasing fragrance, and Adonoy said in His heart, Never again will I curse the ground because of man, for the inclination of man’s heart is evil from [the time of] his youth. I will never again smite every living thing as I have done.
