הֶֽעָשִׁ֣יר לֹֽא־יַרְבֶּ֗ה וְהַדַּל֙ לֹ֣א יַמְעִ֔יט מִֽמַּחֲצִ֖ית הַשָּׁ֑קֶל לָתֵת֙ אֶת־תְּרוּמַ֣ת יְהוָ֔ה לְכַפֵּ֖ר עַל־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶֽם׃
O rico não dará mais, e o pobre não dará menos do que meio shekel, para dar como oferta ao Eterno, para fazer expiação por vossas almas.
Targum Jonathan
He who is rich shall not add to, and he who is poor shall not diminish from, the half shekel in giving the seperation before the Lord, to atone for your souls.
