וַיֹּ֥אמֶר יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֑ה רָאִ֙יתִי֙ אֶת־הָעָ֣ם הַזֶּ֔ה וְהִנֵּ֥ה עַם־קְשֵׁה־עֹ֖רֶף הֽוּא׃
E Hashem disse a Moshe: "Vi este povo, e eis que é um povo obstinado.
Targum Jonathan
And the Lord said to Mosheh, The pride of this people is manifest before Me, and, behold, it is a people of hard neck.
