וַתָּשֻׁ֥בוּ וַתִּבְכּ֖וּ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וְלֹֽא־שָׁמַ֤ע יְהוָה֙ בְּקֹ֣לְכֶ֔ם וְלֹ֥א הֶאֱזִ֖ין אֲלֵיכֶֽם׃
Voltastes, pois, e chorastes perante o SENHOR; mas o SENHOR não ouviu a vossa voz, nem para vós inclinou os ouvidos.
Targum Jonathan on Deuteronomy
And you returned, and wept before the Lord: but the Lord would not receive your prayers, nor hearken to your words.
