עַ֣ם גָּד֥וֹל וְרַ֛ב וָרָ֖ם כָּעֲנָקִ֑ים וַיַּשְׁמִידֵ֤ם יְהוָה֙ מִפְּנֵיהֶ֔ם וַיִּירָשֻׁ֖ם וַיֵּשְׁב֥וּ תַחְתָּֽם׃
povo grande e numeroso, e alto como os anaquins; mas o SENHOR os destruiu de diante dos amonitas; e estes, tendo-os desapossado, habitaram no lugar deles;

a people great and mighty as giants: but the Word of the Lord destroyed them, and drave them out before them, and they dwelt in their place;
