לְמַ֗עַן אֲשֶׁ֨ר לֹֽא־יְלַמְּד֤וּ אֶתְכֶם֙ לַעֲשׂ֔וֹת כְּכֹל֙ תּֽוֹעֲבֹתָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשׂ֖וּ לֵֽאלֹהֵיהֶ֑ם וַחֲטָאתֶ֖ם לַיהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ (ס)
para que não vos ensinem a fazer conforme todas as abominações que eles fazem a seus deuses, e assim pequeis contra o SENHOR vosso Deus.

that they may not teach you to do after their abominations with which they have served their idols, and you sin before the Lord your God.
