וְהָיָ֛ה כְּכַלֹּ֥ת הַשֹּׁטְרִ֖ים לְדַבֵּ֣ר אֶל־הָעָ֑ם וּפָֽקְד֛וּ שָׂרֵ֥י צְבָא֖וֹת בְּרֹ֥אשׁ הָעָֽם׃ (ס)
Então, tendo os oficiais, acabado de falar ao povo, designarão chefes das tropas para estarem à frente do povo.

And when the officers shall have finished to speak with the people, they shall appoint the captains of the host at the head of the people.
