Targum sobre Êxodo 22:14

אִם־בְּעָלָ֥יו עִמּ֖וֹ לֹ֣א יְשַׁלֵּ֑ם אִם־שָׂכִ֣יר ה֔וּא בָּ֖א בִּשְׂכָרֽוֹ׃ (ס)

Se alguém pedir emprestado a seu próximo algum animal, e este for danificado ou morrer, não estando presente o seu dono, certamente dará indenização;

If the owner be with it, he shall not make it good: if it had been lent for profit, its loss came on account of its hire.
