Targum sobre Gênesis 19:22

מַהֵר֙ הִמָּלֵ֣ט שָׁ֔מָּה כִּ֣י לֹ֤א אוּכַל֙ לַעֲשׂ֣וֹת דָּבָ֔ר עַד־בֹּאֲךָ֖ שָׁ֑מָּה עַל־כֵּ֛ן קָרָ֥א שֵׁם־הָעִ֖יר צֽוֹעַר׃

Apressa-te, escapa-te para lá; porque nada poderei fazer enquanto não tiveres ali chegado.  Por isso se chamou o nome da cidade Zoar.

Hasten and flee thither: for I cannot do any thing till thou have entered there. Therefore he called the name of the city Zoar.
