Targum sobre Isaías 23:4

בּ֣וֹשִׁי צִיד֔וֹן כִּֽי־אָמַ֣ר יָ֔ם מָע֥וֹז הַיָּ֖ם לֵאמֹ֑ר לֹֽא־חַ֣לְתִּי וְלֹֽא־יָלַ֗דְתִּי וְלֹ֥א גִדַּ֛לְתִּי בַּחוּרִ֖ים רוֹמַ֥מְתִּי בְתוּלֽוֹת׃

Envergonha-te, ó Sidom; porque o mar falou, a fortaleza do mar disse:  Eu não tive dores de parto, nem dei à luz, nem ainda criei mancebos, nem eduquei donzelas.

Targum Jonathan on Isaiah

The Sidonians are confounded, because the west hath spoken, which dwells in the strength of the sea, saying, O that I had never travailed, never conceived, and never nourished up young men, never brought up virgins delicately!
