וַיֹּ֥אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶל־הָעֵדָ֑ה זֶ֣ה הַדָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה לַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃
E Moshe disse à congregação: "Esta é a palavra que Hashem ordenou que se fizesse."

And Mosheh said to the congregation: This is the thing which the Lord hath commanded to be done.
