Targum sobre Números 11:23

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יְהוָה֙ אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֔ה הֲיַ֥ד יְהוָ֖ה תִּקְצָ֑ר עַתָּ֥ה תִרְאֶ֛ה הֲיִקְרְךָ֥ דְבָרִ֖י אִם־לֹֽא׃

Pelo que replicou o SENHOR a Moisés:  Porventura tem-se encurtado a mão do SENHOR? agora mesmo verás se a minha palavra se há de cumprir ou não.

And the Lord said to Mosheh, Can any thing fail before the Lord? Now shalt thou see whether what I have said to thee shall come to pass or not.
