שֶׁשָּׁ֨ם עָל֪וּ שְׁבָטִ֡ים שִׁבְטֵי־יָ֭הּ עֵד֣וּת לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל לְ֝הֹד֗וֹת לְשֵׁ֣ם יְהוָֽה׃
aonde sobem as tribos, as tribos do SENHOR, como testemunho para Israel, a fim de darem graças ao nome do SENHOR.
Aramaic Targum to Psalms
That there went up the tribes, tribes of Adonai, testifying to Israel that His Presence dwells among them, to make them go to thank the name of Adonai.
