לְ֭הַגִּיד כִּֽי־יָשָׁ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה צ֝וּרִ֗י וְֽלֹא־עלתה [עַוְלָ֥תָה] בּֽוֹ׃
Aramaic Targum to Psalms
So that the inhabitants of the earth might tell it, for the Lord is upright; my strength,3many targumim read: mighty one; and there is no wrong in him.
