וְלָקְחוּ֙ אֲבָנִ֣ים אֲחֵר֔וֹת וְהֵבִ֖יאוּ אֶל־תַּ֣חַת הָאֲבָנִ֑ים וְעָפָ֥ר אַחֵ֛ר יִקַּ֖ח וְטָ֥ח אֶת־הַבָּֽיִת׃
И они возьмут другие камни и поставят их на место этих камней; и он возьмет другой раствор и оштукатурит дом.
Chizkuni
יקח וטח, from the use of the singular mode of this verb here we learn that the friend of the owner of the house does not help in this procedure of replacing the stones with mortar. (Sifra)
