בִּ֭ינוּ בֹּעֲרִ֣ים בָּעָ֑ם וּ֝כְסִילִ֗ים מָתַ֥י תַּשְׂכִּֽילוּ׃

Считайте, что вы жестоки среди людей; И вы, глупцы, когда поймете?

Understand, [you] most boorish of the people the most foolish peoples in the world.
