וְהִקְרִ֛יב הַמַּקְרִ֥יב קָרְבָּנ֖וֹ לַֽיהוָ֑ה מִנְחָה֙ סֹ֣לֶת עִשָּׂר֔וֹן בָּל֕וּל בִּרְבִעִ֥ית הַהִ֖ין שָֽׁמֶן׃

тогда тот, кто принесет свою жертву Господу, принесет в жертву еду десятой части эфы тонкой муки, смешанной с четвертой частью хина масла;

The one bringing his offering. The person bringing the offering prepares the flour and oil, but the one doing the Divine service is the kohein.
