וַיְהִ֞י בַּחֹ֧דֶשׁ הָרִאשׁ֛וֹן בַּשָּׁנָ֥ה הַשֵּׁנִ֖ית בְּאֶחָ֣ד לַחֹ֑דֶשׁ הוּקַ֖ם הַמִּשְׁכָּֽן׃
И было в первый месяц второго года, в первый день месяца, когда скиния была воздвигнута.
Targum Jonathan on Exodus
And it was in the first month, that is, the month Nisan, in the second year, in the first of the month, that he reared up the tabernacle.
