וַיְהִ֖י בְּעֵ֣ת לִדְתָּ֑הּ וְהִנֵּ֥ה תְאוֹמִ֖ים בְּבִטְנָֽהּ׃

И было во время ее страданий, что вот, близнецы были в ее чреве.

But it was in the time of her giving birth, that, behold, twins were in her womb.
