וְשֵׁ֥ם אָחִ֖יו יוּבָ֑ל ה֣וּא הָיָ֔ה אֲבִ֕י כָּל־תֹּפֵ֥שׂ כִּנּ֖וֹר וְעוּגָֽב׃

Имя его брата — Юваль; он стал родоначальником всех, кто играет на арфе и свирели.

And the name of his brother (was) Juval: he was chief (rab) of all those who take part in song with the lyre and the pipe.
