וְעַל֙ כָּל־אַרְזֵ֣י הַלְּבָנ֔וֹן הָרָמִ֖ים וְהַנִּשָּׂאִ֑ים וְעַ֖ל כָּל־אַלּוֹנֵ֥י הַבָּשָֽׁן׃
И на всех ливанских кедрах, которые высоки и подняты, И на всех дубах Башанских;
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And upon all the kings of the nations, the strong and the mighty; and upon all the princes of the provinces;
