כִּֽי־אָפֵ֥ס עָרִ֖יץ וְכָ֣לָה לֵ֑ץ וְנִכְרְת֖וּ כָּל־שֹׁ֥קְדֵי אָֽוֶן׃

Ибо ужасный сводится на нет, и пренебрежительный прекращается, и все те, которые следят за беззаконием, истребляются;

For the oppressor is come to an end, and the plunderer is made to cease, and all that rose up early to act violently have come to an end;
