וְנֶהֶפְכ֤וּ נְחָלֶ֙יהָ֙ לְזֶ֔פֶת וַעֲפָרָ֖הּ לְגָפְרִ֑ית וְהָיְתָ֣ה אַרְצָ֔הּ לְזֶ֖פֶת בֹּעֵרָֽה׃
И потоки его превратятся в смолу, и прах их в серу, и земля их станет горящей смолой.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And the rivers of Samaria shall be turned into pitch, and her dust into brimstone, and the land shall become burning pitch.
