וַיְשַׂגֵּ֧ב יְהוָ֛ה אֶת־צָרֵ֥י רְצִ֖ין עָלָ֑יו וְאֶת־אֹיְבָ֖יו יְסַכְסֵֽךְ׃
Посему Господь воздвигнет против него врагов Резина и побудит врагов его;
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Therefore the Lord shall make strong the hatred of Rezin against him, and he will stir up his adversaries.
