וְיָדְעוּ֙ הָעָ֣ם כֻּלּ֔וֹ אֶפְרַ֖יִם וְיוֹשֵׁ֣ב שֹׁמְר֑וֹן בְּגַאֲוָ֛ה וּבְגֹ֥דֶל לֵבָ֖ב לֵאמֹֽר׃
И узнает весь народ, даже Ефрем и житель Самарии, которые говорят с гордостью и высокомерием сердца:

The people, all of them have become great; Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, that say in greatness and stoutness of heart,
