וַיִּסְע֖וּ מֵאָל֑וּשׁ וַֽיַּחֲנוּ֙ בִּרְפִידִ֔ם וְלֹא־הָ֨יָה שָׁ֥ם מַ֛יִם לָעָ֖ם לִשְׁתּֽוֹת׃
И они отправились из Алуша и разбились в Рефидиме, где не было воды для питья.
Targum Jonathan on Numbers
Rephidim, where, because their hands were (raphin) neglectful of the words of the law, there was no water for the people to drink;
