Komentaryo sa Exodo 39:43: Rashi, Kli Yakar, Or HaChaim & Rabbeinu Bahya

Rashi

AND MOSES BLESSED THEM — He said to them “May it be the will of God that His Shechinah rest upon the work of your hands; ‘and let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us and establish Thou the work of our hands upon us’” (Psalms 90:17.) (Sifra, Shemini, Mechilta d'Miluim 2 15) This (from ויהי נועם onward) is part of one of the eleven Psalms (90—100) that are in the section beginning with, תפלה למשה; (Numbers Rabbah 12:9).

Kli Yakar

“And Moses saw all the work.” There is a need to be precise about why it first says, And all the service of the Tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting was completed, and similarly it says at the end, Thus the children of Israel did all the service, why did it first call it service [avodah] and afterward work [melachah]? Furthermore, there appears to be a repetition in these two verses. Nachmanides explained that this refers to the Tabernacle and its vessels, and perhaps the Rabbi’s opinion is that the Tabernacle itself is called work [melachah], but the vessels are called service [avodah] because with them they performed the service of the sacrifices. Nevertheless, we have not resolved the issue of repetition, because three times it is mentioned here that they did the service and the work.

Or HaChaim

כן עשו, and behold they had done it…so they had done. The additional word והנה in this verse alludes to the speed with which the Tabernacle was built, something that was very pleasing to Moses when he looked at the components the people presented him with.
