וָאֹמַ֣ר אֲלֵהֶ֗ם אִ֣ישׁ שִׁקּוּצֵ֤י עֵינָיו֙ הַשְׁלִ֔יכוּ וּבְגִלּוּלֵ֥י מִצְרַ֖יִם אַל־תִּטַּמָּ֑אוּ אֲנִ֖י יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃
At sinabi ko sa kanila: Itapon ng bawat isa sa inyo ang mga kasuklam-suklam na bagay na nasa harap ng kanyang mga mata, at huwag ninyong dungisan ang inyong sarili sa mga diyus-diyusan ng Egipto; Ako ang Walang-Hanggan na inyong Diyos.

And I said to them Aaron proclaimed this prophecy to them before the Holy One, blessed be He, revealed Himself to Moses in the thorn bush. This is what was said to Eli (I Sam. 2:27): “Did I appear to the house of your father when they were in Egypt, etc.?”
