וַיְהִי֙ עַם־הָאָ֔רֶץ מְרַפִּ֖ים יְדֵ֣י עַם־יְהוּדָ֑ה ומבלהים [וּֽמְבַהֲלִ֥ים] אוֹתָ֖ם לִבְנֽוֹת׃

At pinanghihina ng mga tao ng lupain ang loob ng mga tao ng Juda, at tinatakot sila upang huwag nang magtayo,

the people of the land They are the adversaries of Judah and Benjamin.
