וַיִּקְרָ֗א אֲדֹנָ֧י יְהוִ֛ה צְבָא֖וֹת בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֑וּא לִבְכִי֙ וּלְמִסְפֵּ֔ד וּלְקָרְחָ֖ה וְלַחֲגֹ֥ר שָֽׂק׃
At nang araw na iyon ay tumawag ang Panginoong Walang-Hanggan ng mga Hukbo sa pag-iyak, sa pagtangis, sa pagpapakalbo, at sa pagbibigkis ng telang-sako.

And in that day did the Lord, God of Hosts, call, etc. That is, God decreed. More correctly, however, this phrase may be referred to the words of the prophet.13The meaning of the phrase is therefore, And the prophet, in the name of God, declared.
