Ipapahipan mo sila sa hangin, at tatangayin sila ng hangin, at pangangalatin sila ng unos; ngunit ikaw ay magagalak sa Walang-Hanggan, at sa Banal ng Israel ka magmamapuri.

Thou shalt scatter them, etc. This verse indicates that the greater part of the Babylonians will perish, and also that the Israelites will take their spoil.
