שֹׂ֥נְאֵי ט֖וֹב וְאֹ֣הֲבֵי רעה [רָ֑ע] גֹּזְלֵ֤י עוֹרָם֙ מֵֽעֲלֵיהֶ֔ם וּשְׁאֵרָ֖ם מֵעַ֥ל עַצְמוֹתָֽם׃
Kayong mga napopoot sa mabuti at umiibig sa masama; na umaagaw ng kanilang balat mula sa kanila, at ng kanilang laman mula sa kanilang mga buto;

who rob their skin—[I.e., the skin] of the house of Israel, over whom they are heads and officers, as the prophet says: The heads of the house of Jacob and the officers of the house of Israel.
