וַתַּ֤הַר עוֹד֙ וַתֵּ֣לֶד בַּ֔ת וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ל֔וֹ קְרָ֥א שְׁמָ֖הּ לֹ֣א רֻחָ֑מָה כִּי֩ לֹ֨א אוֹסִ֜יף ע֗וֹד אֲרַחֵם֙ אֶת־בֵּ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל כִּֽי־נָשֹׂ֥א אֶשָּׂ֖א לָהֶֽם׃
At muli siyang naglihi at nanganak ng isang anak na babae. At sinabi Niya sa kanya: “Tawagin mo siyang Lo-Ruhama, sapagkat hindi Ko na muling kahahabagan ang sambahayan ng Israel, kundi tiyak na ibibigay Ko sa kanila ang bahaging nararapat sa kanila.”
