וַחֲמֵ֨שֶׁת אֲלָפִ֜ים הַנּוֹתָ֣ר בָּרֹ֗חַב עַל־פְּנֵ֨י חֲמִשָּׁ֤ה וְעֶשְׂרִים֙ אֶ֔לֶף חֹֽל־ה֣וּא לָעִ֔יר לְמוֹשָׁ֖ב וּלְמִגְרָ֑שׁ וְהָיְתָ֥ה הָעִ֖יר בתוכה [בְּתוֹכֽוֹ׃]
At ang limang libong natitira sa luwang, katapat ng dalawampu't limang libo, ay karaniwang lupain para sa lungsod, para sa tirahan at para sa bukas na lupain; at ang lungsod ay mapapasagitna nito.
The Third Beit HaMikdash
It is stated, “the city shall be in its midst,” i.e., in the center of this strip. “These are its measures: the northern side, 4500 [measuring rods], the southern side, 4500 [measuring rods], the eastern side, 4500 [measuring rods], and the western side, 4500 [measuring rods].”5Ibid. 48:16. “The perimeter [of the city] will be 18,000 measuring rods. And the name of the city from that day will be ‘God is there.’ ”6Ibid. 48:35.
