וַיָּבֹ֥אוּ אֶל־נֹ֖חַ אֶל־הַתֵּבָ֑ה שְׁנַ֤יִם שְׁנַ֙יִם֙ מִכָּל־הַבָּשָׂ֔ר אֲשֶׁר־בּ֖וֹ ר֥וּחַ חַיִּֽים׃
At pumasok sila kay Noe sa daong, dala-dalawa mula sa lahat ng may laman na may hininga ng buhay.
Guide for the Perplexed
Next, it signifies “breath.” Comp. “A breath (ruaḥ) that passeth away, and does not come again” (Ps. 78:39); “wherein is the breath (ruaḥ) of life” (Gen. 7:15).
