Kabbalah sa Isaias 66:23: Sha'arei Kedusha

Sha'arei Kedusha

A person whose opinion of himself is that he is lowly, is as if he has offered all the sacrificial offerings, as it states,362Psalms 51:19 “The sacrifices that God desires are a broken spirit.” Moreover, his prayer is not despised or rejected, for,363Talmud Bavli, Sotah 5a “the prayers of a person are heard only if he casts his heart like flesh, as written,364Isaiah 66:23 ‘It shall be that at every New Moon and on every Shabbat, all flesh shall come and prostrate themselves before Me.’” It similarly is written,365Isaiah 66:2 “It is to this that I look, to the poor and broken-spirited.”
