וַיִּשָּׂ֨א אַבְרָהָ֜ם אֶת־עֵינָ֗יו וַיַּרְא֙ וְהִנֵּה־אַ֔יִל אַחַ֕ר נֶאֱחַ֥ז בַּסְּבַ֖ךְ בְּקַרְנָ֑יו וַיֵּ֤לֶךְ אַבְרָהָם֙ וַיִּקַּ֣ח אֶת־הָאַ֔יִל וַיַּעֲלֵ֥הוּ לְעֹלָ֖ה תַּ֥חַת בְּנֽוֹ׃
Tumingin si Abraham, at nakita niya, narito, pagkatapos nito ay may isang lalaking tupa na nakasabit sa kasukalan sa pamamagitan ng mga sungay nito. At pumunta si Abraham at kinuha ang lalaking tupa, at iniakyat niya ito bilang handog na susunugin kapalit ng kanyang anak.
