Parshanut para sa Exodo 19:8

The whole nation answered together and said: all that God has spoken we will do. The commandments of the Torah—there are those that are for the priests, and there are those that are for the Levites, and those for the high priest and those for the king, or the sanhedrin, and there are those for one who has property or a house. Only in the whole of Israel does the Torah need to be fulfilled, and "all of Israel are guarantors for one another" (Sifra, Bechukotai 7:5), and in their fulfillment everyone receives a reward. And you ... the flock of My shepherding, you are human (Ezekiel 34:31) — the whole Israelite nation is a single human, there are those who are like the heart [as they said, "the righteous are the heart of Israel"], and there are those like the head and there are those like the eye, and that is what is found "the heads of the congregation", "the eyes of the congregation", and every one must fulfill the commandment that depends on them, and as a whole, they are a complete human. Therefore, about commandments that one doesn't have to fulfill, one must learn, for "all who engage with the learning of the chatat, it is as though they have sacrificed, etc." (Menachot 110a:13), or to support the learners of Torah. That is why further on, they answered, all that God has spoken we will do and we will hear (Exodus 24:7) — there are those among [the commandments] that we will do, what applies to us, and there are those that we will hear — that we will learn and understand their inner essense and their laws and regulations. But here, the whole nation answered together, all that God has spoken we will do, because as a whole, the nation as one, all together will do all that God spoke, and each one will do what applies to them.
