אִם־זָרְחָ֥ה הַשֶּׁ֛מֶשׁ עָלָ֖יו דָּמִ֣ים ל֑וֹ שַׁלֵּ֣ם יְשַׁלֵּ֔ם אִם־אֵ֣ין ל֔וֹ וְנִמְכַּ֖ר בִּגְנֵבָתֽוֹ׃
Kung ang araw ay sumikat na sa kanya, may pagkakasala sa dugo dahil sa kanya. Tiyak na magbabayad siya; kung wala siyang maibabayad, ipagbibili siya dahil sa kanyang pagnanakaw.
Sanhedrin
The Rabbis taught: If the sun rises upon him, "he does not have bloodguilt." And does the sun rise upon him alone? Rather If the thing is clear to you like the sun that he does not have peace with you, kill him, and if not, do not kill him.
