וַֽיִּתְּנ֗וּ מִמַּטֵּה֙ בְּנֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֔ה וּמִמַּטֵּ֖ה בְּנֵ֣י שִׁמְע֑וֹן אֵ֚ת הֶֽעָרִ֣ים הָאֵ֔לֶּה אֲשֶׁר־יִקְרָ֥א אֶתְהֶ֖ן בְּשֵֽׁם׃
Mula sa lipi ng mga anak ni Juda at mula sa lipi ng mga anak ni Simeon, ibinigay nila ang mga lungsod na ito na binabanggit dito ayon sa pangalan:

They shall be cities of refuge. In their name and content they should only be Cities of Refuge, and there should be no other industry there that should be fitting to call the city after that industry.
