וַיֹּ֨אמֶר הַמֶּ֤לֶךְ לְאֶסְתֵּר֙ בְּמִשְׁתֵּ֣ה הַיַּ֔יִן מַה־שְּׁאֵלָתֵ֖ךְ וְיִנָּ֣תֵֽן לָ֑ךְ וּמַה־בַּקָּשָׁתֵ֛ךְ עַד־חֲצִ֥י הַמַּלְכ֖וּת וְתֵעָֽשׂ׃
At sinabi ng hari kay Ester sa handaan ng alak: “Ano ang iyong hiling? Ibibigay ito sa iyo. At ano ang iyong kahilingan? Kahit hanggang kalahati ng kaharian, ito ay gagawin.”

“And the king said to Queen Esther What is your requests? Even to the half of the kingdom, it shall be given you.” (Esther 5:6) “Half the kingdom” but not the whole kingdom. And not a thing which would divide the kingdom.What could that be? The building of the Temple.
