Mga Sanggunian sa Talmud para sa Jeremias 31:27: Chullin

Chullin

Does every place where it says "man and beast" have a positive connotation? No, because it is written: "I will sow the House of Israel and the House of Judah with the seed of man and seed of beast." (The Gemara in Sota 22a says that the seed of beast refers to Jews who haven't learned any torah.") This pasuk separated them. "seed of man," and "seed of beast" are said individually. (As opposed to saying "the seed of man and beast.")
