וַיְהִי־ה֞וּא בְּשַׁ֣עַר בִּנְיָמִ֗ן וְשָׁם֙ בַּ֣עַל פְּקִדֻ֔ת וּשְׁמוֹ֙ יִרְאִיָּ֔יה בֶּן־שֶֽׁלֶמְיָ֖ה בֶּן־חֲנַנְיָ֑ה וַיִּתְפֹּ֞שׂ אֶֽת־יִרְמְיָ֤הוּ הַנָּבִיא֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר אֶל־הַכַּשְׂדִּ֖ים אַתָּ֥ה נֹפֵֽל׃
At nang siya ay nasa Pintuan ng Benjamin, naroon ang isang pinuno ng mga bantay na ang pangalan ay Irias na anak ni Selemias na anak ni Hananias; at hinuli niya si Jeremias na propeta, na nagsasabi: “Pumapanig ka sa mga Caldeo!”
