כִּ֛י לֹא־יֶחְדַּ֥ל אֶבְי֖וֹן מִקֶּ֣רֶב הָאָ֑רֶץ עַל־כֵּ֞ן אָנֹכִ֤י מְצַוְּךָ֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר פָּ֠תֹחַ תִּפְתַּ֨ח אֶת־יָדְךָ֜ לְאָחִ֧יךָ לַעֲנִיֶּ֛ךָ וּלְאֶבְיֹנְךָ֖ בְּאַרְצֶֽךָ׃ (ס)
Sapagkat hindi kailanman mawawalan ng dukha sa lupain; kaya iniuutos ko sa iyo, na sinasabi: “Buksan mo nang lubos ang iyong kamay sa iyong kapatid, sa iyong mahirap at sa iyong dukha sa iyong lupain.”
