וְהַ֤ר סִינַי֙ עָשַׁ֣ן כֻּלּ֔וֹ מִ֠פְּנֵי אֲשֶׁ֨ר יָרַ֥ד עָלָ֛יו יְהוָ֖ה בָּאֵ֑שׁ וַיַּ֤עַל עֲשָׁנוֹ֙ כְּעֶ֣שֶׁן הַכִּבְשָׁ֔ן וַיֶּחֱרַ֥ד כָּל־הָהָ֖ר מְאֹֽד׃
Ang buong bundok ng Sinai ay umuusok, sapagkat bumaba sa ibabaw nito ang Walang-Hanggan sa apoy; at pumailanlang ang usok nito na gaya ng usok ng isang hurno, at ang buong bundok ay lubhang nayanig.
