וַיַּ֥עַן אַבְרָהָ֖ם וַיֹּאמַ֑ר הִנֵּה־נָ֤א הוֹאַ֙לְתִּי֙ לְדַבֵּ֣ר אֶל־אֲדֹנָ֔י וְאָנֹכִ֖י עָפָ֥ר וָאֵֽפֶר׃
At sumagot si Abraham at sinabi, “Narito ngayon, minarapat kong magsalita sa Panginoon, gayong ako ay alabok at abo.”
Judges
Then Gidon said to God, "Do not be angry with me, and permit me to speak just once. Let me please have just one more test with the fleece; Please, let the fleece alone be dry, and let there be dew all over the ground."

It [(my affliction)] has taught me to [take refuge in] the mud [viz. 2:8]. I have become like dust and ashes.
