הָאֹמֵ֤ר לְכ֙וֹרֶשׁ֙ רֹעִ֔י וְכָל־חֶפְצִ֖י יַשְׁלִ֑ם וְלֵאמֹ֤ר לִירוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙ תִּבָּנֶ֔ה וְהֵיכָ֖ל תִּוָּסֵֽד׃ (ס)
na nagsasabi tungkol kay Ciro, “Siya'y aking pastol, at tutuparin niya ang lahat ng aking kalooban”; at na nagsasabi tungkol sa Jerusalem, “Ito'y muling itatayo,” at tungkol sa Templo, “Ilalatag ang iyong pundasyon.”
